Lee Cartwright
Lee brings with him a wealth of experience and leadership in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) management. Over the past two decades, he has held senior roles across the construction, utilities, civil engineering, and heavy industry sectors—working with major organisations such as Costain Group, Barhale, Morrison Utility Services, and Enterprise (Amey).
Throughout his career, Lee has demonstrated a results-driven and people-oriented approach, known for embedding strong safety cultures, promoting organisational excellence, and aligning SHEQ strategy with business objectives. His credentials include NEBOSH certifications, PIEMA membership and EUSR trainer accreditation.
He’s particularly passionate about behavioural safety, well-being initiatives, and continuous improvement—values that align closely with our culture.
Lee will be working closely with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders across the business to further strengthen our SHEQ performance and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO and industry standards.
