Andrew Tompkins
Andrew Tompkins joined Ventry Construction Limited on 5th December 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in delivering major construction projects across education, infrastructure, retail, and mixed-use developments. A BSc (Hons) Construction Management graduate, Andrew has successfully managed schemes up to £54M in value, working with leading contractors.
Andrew is known for his practical leadership, client-focused approach, and strong track record of completing complex projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys weekends supporting his children’s football matches, watching Kettering Town FC, playing golf, and travelling for major sporting events — from the Champions League Final and Super Bowl to Formula 1 races across Europe.
