Leanne joined Ventry in 2023 with over 20 years’ experience working in Human Resources, including many of these at management level. She is responsible for all People strategies within the company and ensuring these align with the business strategy.
With experience in Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing and IT, she has a diverse and extensive background in People Management. Leanne has an enthusiastic, passionate and hands on approach and is proud to be part of a great team of people supporting the business as it continues to grow.
When she is not at work, she is a regular gym-goer, dog owner and loves to travel around the world.
